Verify the email column of a Clay table with an HTTP API enrichment, one call per row. MailTester Ninja checks each address against the recipient’s mail server, so you push only deliverable contacts to your sequencer and keep your bounce rate low.
What you need
- A Clay workspace with the HTTP API enrichment.
- A key: a free API token to try it (50 checks a day, one request every 30 seconds) or a paid key for full speed. Use a token rather than
key=free: the keyless tier is counted per IP, and Clay shares its IP addresses between users.

- In your table, add a column and choose HTTP API.
- Set Method to

{{Email}}to your email column and replaceYOUR_KEYwith your token or key. Store it in a Clay secret if your workspace supports it. - Run the column. Clay stores the JSON answer for each row.
Use the verdict
Add formula columns that read code and message from the response, then filter the table on code equals ok, or write back to your CRM only the rows that pass.
